Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Peru Global Expedition. By accessing and using our services, either through our website or other channels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading this document carefully before making a reservation.
1. General
1.1. Peru Global Expedition is a registered tourism company based in Cusco, Peru, offering tour and travel services within Peru.
1.2. By booking any service with us, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as with any applicable legislation in Peru.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Any changes will take effect from the moment they are published on our website.
2. Bookings and Payments
2.1. Bookings are considered confirmed once we receive a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the tour or service.
2.2. Full payment must be made 15 days before the start date of the tour.
2.3. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or authorized online payment platforms.
2.4. All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policies
3.1. Cancellations by the customer:
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the tour start date, we will refund 90% of the total cost.
- If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the tour start date, we will refund 50% of the total cost.
- No refunds will be given if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the tour start date.
3.2. Cancellations by Peru Global Expedition:
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to force majeure (extreme weather, political unrest, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we will offer you rescheduling or a full refund.
4. Modifications to Bookings
4.1. If you wish to modify your booking (dates, itineraries, etc.), you must do so at least 7 days in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2. Peru Global Expedition reserves the right to make minor modifications to the itinerary (times, routes, etc.) for operational or safety reasons. In case of significant changes, you will be notified in advance.
5. Customer Responsibility
5.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documentation for travel, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
5.2. Customers are expected to be in adequate physical condition to participate in the activities included in the tours. We recommend consulting with a doctor before participating in tours involving physical exertion.
5.3. Peru Global Expedition is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, flight delays, or issues caused by third parties.
6. Insurance
6.1. All customers are required to have valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, accidents, cancellations, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen events.
6.2. Peru Global Expedition is not responsible for medical expenses or loss or damage to belongings during the trip.
7. Liability Waiver
7.1. Peru Global Expedition will not be held responsible for any accidents, illness, loss of property, or personal injury that may occur during participation in the tours.
7.2. Although we take all necessary measures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers, some activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1. All content on our website, including images, texts, graphics, logos, and videos, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our material is prohibited without prior written consent.
8.2. Peru Global Expedition reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the tours for promotional purposes unless the customer indicates otherwise in writing before the start of the tour.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with Peruvian law, and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cusco, Peru.
10. Acceptance of Terms
10.1. By making a reservation with Peru Global Expedition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
