ITINERARY

Morning: Transfer and Accommodation

  • 07:00 – 09:00: Train transfer from Cusco or Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes, passing through beautiful Andean landscapes.
  • 09:30 – 10:30: Arrival at the accommodation in Aguas Calientes. Time to settle in, rest, and mentally prepare for the retreat.

Midday: Lunch and Spiritual Preparation

  • 12:00 – 13:00: Light lunch, aligned with the preparation diet for the retreat, featuring vegetarian and light foods.
  • 14:00 – 16:00: Energy cleansing ceremony with Palo Santo and medicinal plants, guided by a shaman. This ceremony energetically prepares you to receive Ayahuasca’s teachings.

Evening: First Ayahuasca Ceremony

  • 17:00 – 01:00: First Ayahuasca ceremony, guided by experienced shamans. This ceremony helps release repressed emotions and heal traumas through deep visions and the plant’s healing power. The ceremony includes healing chants (icaros) and traditional music.

Morning: Integration Circle

  • 07:30 – 08:30: Light breakfast.
  • 09:00 – 11:00: Integration circle to share your experiences and receive guidance on processing the emotions and visions from the Ayahuasca ceremony.

Midday: Lunch and Free Time

  • 09:00 – 11:00: Reflection circle to analyze the experiences of the second ceremony and provide tools to integrate the visions into daily life.

Midday: Lunch and Free Time

  • 12:00 – 13:00: Light lunch.
  • 13:00 – 18:00: Free time to rest, meditate, or take gentle walks in nature.

Morning: Preparation for the San Pedro Ceremony

  • 07:30 – 08:30: Light breakfast.
  • 09:00 – 11:00: Preparation circle where the shaman will provide guidance for the San Pedro ceremony, which opens the heart and connects deeply with nature.

Midday: Lunch and Free Time

  • 12:00 – 13:00: Light lunch.
  • 13:00 – 15:00: Free time to relax and spiritually prepare.

Evening: First San Pedro (Huachuma) Ceremony

  • 15:00 – 21:00: First San Pedro ceremony, conducted in a sacred natural setting. The ceremony involves walking and meditating, fostering a profound connection with nature’s energy.

Morning: Visit to Machu Picchu

  • 07:00 – 12:00: Guided visit to Machu Picchu. After breakfast, take a bus to the Inca citadel to explore its sacred temples, terraces, and plazas. This place is ideal for meditation and reflecting on the teachings received during the retreat.

Midday: Lunch and Rest

  • 12:30 – 13:30: Light lunch in Aguas Calientes.
  • 14:00 – 18:00: Free time to rest, meditate, or engage in optional activities such as yoga or breathing exercises.

Morning: Preparation for the Final Ceremony

  • 07:30 – 08:30: Light breakfast.
  • 09:00 – 11:00: Guided meditation to prepare for the fifth and final ceremony.

Midday: Lunch and Preparation

  • 14:00 – 16:00: Free time to rest before the final ceremony.

Evening: Fifth Ayahuasca Ceremony

  • 17:00 – 01:00: Fifth Ayahuasca ceremony, the last of the retreat, where you will close the healing cycle. This will be an intense experience, rich with visions to help integrate all that you have learned.

Morning: Final Integration Circle

  • 08:00 – 09:00: Light breakfast.
  • 09:30 – 11:30: Final integration circle to share experiences from the fourth ceremony and receive guidance on incorporating the retreat’s teachings into your daily life.

Afternoon: Lunch and Farewell

  • 12:00 – 13:00: Light lunch.
  • 14:00 – 16:00: Transfer back to the train station for the journey to Cusco or Ollantaytambo.
